Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We fulfill and ship all online orders from Caroline, Alberta Canada within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delays in shipment or delivery can be due to various reasons including holidays, busy seasons or weather.  These delays can push the delivery window past the ETA or lead time given at the time of ordering. We ask for your patience during these times as we do our best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

NOTE: If you are needing your order sooner than the standard processing times, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
