Thea is an Indoor/Outdoor Upholstery fabric in a off white color in a woven textured fabric. The soft nubby textured fabric and warm cream color is the perfect foundation for your space. The texture fabric will allow you to add dimension in a neutral color.

This material is a textured nubby woven fabric but available in an outdoor fabric with amazing cleanability. These fabrics can be cleaned with diluted bleach or soapy water.

This fabric is from our Indoor/ Outdoor fabric collection, this fabric is a medium to heavy weight making is suitable for many projects. This material can be used for projects such as seat cushions, pillows and upholstery projects and so many more.

We recommend purchasing samples to ensure the fabric will meet your needs.

Applications: Upholstery, decorative pillows, seat cushions, patio furniture, kitchen banquettes and other home decor items.

Note:
We offer sample sizes that are 4"x 5" otherwise we provide half yard if you need larger size. If you don't need a full yard, please take advantage of our half yard sizes. Your order will ship in a continuous piece.

Care Instructions

Upholstery Fabric Cleaning Instructions

1. Remove any loose debris and blot stain.
2. Blot or spray water and bleach solution on the stain until gone.
3. Thoroughly rinse.
4. Let fabric air dry.

*ANY HOUSEHOLD CLEANER WILL REMOVE TOUGH STAINS. DO NOT MACHINE WASH, DRY CLEAN, USE HARSH BRUSH OR IRON. EXPOSURE TO HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL DAMAGE FABRIC.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are provided in the form of the original payment. Product must be returned in its original condition. Once your item has been dry cleaned, HomeStyle Fabrics & Furnishings is not responsible for any damages or changes to the finish of the products. Please refer to each individual item’s care instructions.

Fabric:
Fabric yardage may be returned within 30 days of purchase, LESS a 30% restocking fee (based on the pre-tax, pre-shipping total).
Note: Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
Recommend: Ordering samples prior to yardage to make sure you are happy with the selected fabric.

All fabric samples are final sale.

Pillows

Pillows & accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition (dry cleaned items will not be accepted). All tags must be attached.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.

Return shipping due to defective products from carrier or incorrect products from HomeStyle Fabrics & Furnishings will be paid in full by HomeStyle Fabrics & Furnishings.

Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund (as per our policies) to your original method of payment. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.
